I think it is fair to say that we had a fairly turbulent first year in 2009. However, I believe it is important to note that many of the the problems we raised with Sunnyfield are gradually being solved.
Communications with the members was a frequent cause for complaint and I believe that management have gone a long way towards remedying this. It is right that our members continue to raise matters that concern them but it is also right that we as members accept the opportunities to participate with management and the Board when the opportunities arise.
If the Auxilliary is to go from strength to strength it is vital that all members are active in their support and in persuading all members who are not yet involved that it is to their advantage to join and make their opinions known.
We should offer our thanks to the Board of Directors for accepting the new Auxilliary and listening to what our members have to say.
