I want to thank you for attending the Living Life My Way, Person Centred Approaches Summit, held on 7 – 8 July 2011.
The government is committed to moving towards a person centred approach for disability services in NSW and giving people the opportunity to determine how they use support resources and who delivers their services.
The valuable input you and the other participants provided at the Summit will help the Government set its future policy direction for disability services and to place people with a disability at the centre of decision making.
The Living Life My Way Summit Report, outlining the outcomes from the summit, has been released. It can be accessed on the Ageing Disability and Home Care website at www.adhc.nsw.gov.au/pca.
