Fun day at LUNA PARK for your carers October 8 2011

Young people living in the North Shore area, that are involved in caring for family members or others close in their lives experiencing chronic illness, disability, mental illness/disorder or substance misuse, are invited to come along to Luna Park for a Young Carers fun day on Sat 8th October.  See the attached flier for more information.
